Andrew Sachs, Founder and Managing Member at Sachs Capital LLC, a boutique private equity firm with 26 million AUM. The firm focuses on acquiring equity positions in private operating companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. They invest in all industries expect biotech and real estate.
Nicholas Kilavos, Director at Alliance Partners LLC, an Asset Management and services firm whose principal function is managing the activities of BancAlliance, a bank-directed commercial and consumer lending platform in service to the asset growth objectives of Community and Regional banks. They also work with private equity firms to provide senior mezzanine financing.
Jim McCabe, Vice President at WWC Capital Group, a middle market investment banking and private equity firm. WWC Securities LLC, the investment bank of the company, provides merger and acquisition, private debt and equity placement, business valuation, and other strategic and corporate finance advisory services. WWC Capital Group LLC, the company's investment platform, invests private equity capital directly in high-growth technology and services businesses.
Theron Green, Vice President-Small Business Banker within the Global Consumer and Small Business Banking Division at Bank of America. He focuses on helping small business grow and making banking easier for Small Business Banking clients so that they can run their businesses more efficiently.
